本书分为中国援外建筑 创作历程回顾、“一带一路” 上援外建筑创作实录和结束 语三个部分，其中第二部分 “一带一路”上援外建筑创作 实录按建筑设计的类型分别 介绍了办公建筑、体育建筑 、教育建筑、医疗建筑和文 化建筑的代表性建筑设计作 品，详细描述了每一个作品 的设计过程，设计师们如何 将先进的设计理念和建筑技 术与当地的历史背景、地域 环境、文化风俗相结合，完 成了具有现代技术与使用功 能的建筑设计。

常威，博士，九三学社成员，唐山师范学院美术学院副教授，燕山大学建筑工程与力学学院建筑学专业硕士生导师，国家注册城乡规划师，京津冀城市更新专家。博士毕业于香港城市大学建筑与土木工程专业，硕士毕业于英国伦敦大学学院（UCL）建筑学专业，本科毕业于天津大学建筑学专业。多年来一直从事和建筑设计相关的教学与科研工作。以第一作者身份在A&HCI、SCI等高水平期刊发表学术论文20余篇，以第一作者身份出版学术专著1部，独著身份出版学术译著1部，主持和参与完成各级教科研项目10余项。
