宋宏亮，男，中共党员，北京化工大学副教授。吉林大学外国语言学及应用语言学专业硕士毕业，美国Cleveland State University访问学者。北京市高等教育学会大学英语研究分会第十一届理事会理事，北京高等学校成人高等学历教育英语口语竞赛评委。近30年来长期从事外语教学与研究工作，原全国大学英语四、六级考试命题组成员，长期参与并负责大学英语四、六级评卷工作。同时，长期从事北京地区成人高等学历教育学位英语考试的教学和辅导工作。目前，共参与国家级及教育部科研和教改立项6项，全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会科研立项3项，校级教改立项10余项。另外，发表相关论文12篇，编写并出版各类教材20余部。其中，普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材1部，北京市高等教育精品教材1部。曾两次获得北京化工大学“大宝奖教金”，2006年获北京化工大学优秀教学成果奖一等奖（排名第三）。目前，是北京市优秀教学团队—北京化工大学大学英语课程教学团队成员（排名第四）；北京市高等学校精品课程—北京化工大学大学英语核心组成员；北京化工大学优秀教学团队成员（排名第三）。
