中国生态扶贫政策与实践（英文版）

中国减贫与发展经验国际分享系列旨在讲好中国减贫故事，向国际社会分享中国减贫经验，为广大发展中国家实现减贫与发展提供切实可行的经验。该系列聚焦中国精准扶贫、脱贫攻坚和巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果的经验做法，基于国际视角梳理形成中国减贫经验分享的知识产品。本书是《中国生态扶贫政策与实践》的英文版。生态扶贫是精准扶贫方略的重要组成部分，实现了经济发展与生态保护的平衡,物质生产力与自然生产力的统一,人口、经济、社会、生态、环境间的协调、可持续发展。本书系统介绍了中国的生态扶贫政策，从内涵、解决的主要问题、适用范围、实施过程、实施效果及注意事项、典型案例六个方面对贫困地区生态保护、小流域综合治理、农村人居环境整治、农村地区生态资源开发利用、提供生态保护开发岗位、生态补偿、生态搬迁等生态扶贫政策进行了详细的介绍，以期为其他国家提供生态扶贫的“中国方案”。

中国国际减贫中心是农业农村部直属事业单位，是中华人民共和国政府与联合国开发计划署、世界银行等国际组织共同发起成立的国际性减贫机构。中心的主要职责是组织开展国际减贫政策理论研究，进行国际减贫信息的收集分析及有关咨询、评估工作，开展对外减贫合作交流，引进外资减贫项目等，是中国政府开展南南合作的重要渠道。
