Hart Zhen，got his Ph.D. degree in Beijing Normal University. He was the former Vice President of Beijing Normal University and President of Beijing Foreign Studies University. He is now a Ph.D. supervisor and the CPC Committee Secretary of Beijing Foreign Studies University. Professor Han's scholarship focuses on modem European and American philosophy, Western historical philosophy, and value philosophy. He has won several national and provincial & ministerial awards for achievements in humanity studies and social sciences.
