日本人的起源与形成

本书为中译英版。本书 在广泛收集日本列岛各时期 及在时间与空间上与之相关 的国家和地区古代居民人类 学资料的基础上，将考古学 、人类学与统计学研究方法 相结合，系统探讨了日本列 岛以大和民族为主体同时也 包括阿伊努人在内的人类群 体的种族成分及其在体质特 征上与东亚、东北亚及东南 亚地区古代居民的亲缘关系 ，深入考察了日本列岛史前 与历史时期各阶段古代居民 的来源和去向等问题。从体 质人类学角度出发对日本列 岛绳文人的来源和去向，弥 生人的来源，绳文人与弥生 人和古坟人之间的关系，绳 文人、弥生人、古坟人与日 本近现代居民之间的关系以 及他们与亚洲大陆尤其是与 中国东北、华北和东南沿海 各地区古代居民之间关系等 问题进行详细讨论。
