水产品是人类重要的优质蛋白质来源,随着经济发展和收入水平的提高,该产品日益受到消费者青睐,渔业也成为许多国家的重要产业组成。作为全球水产品生产和进口大国,日本渔业发展经历了诸多变化,在自给率逐渐走低的背景下,如何提升本国渔业竞争力成为学界、行业和政府关心的课题之一。本书采用效率分析法,选取日本海洋渔业和代表性渔业秋刀鱼产业为代表,对日本渔业的效率进行深入分析,并探究影响其效率的动因,为明确并采取对策提升其竞争力提供政策参考。本书的分析框架和研究结论也可为中国渔业效率分析和竞争力提升提供参考。
作者简介
上海海洋大学经济管理学院讲师,主要研究方向为渔业产业经济、水产品国际贸易、国际渔业治理,主持省部级等项目5项,在国内外核心期刊上发表论文14篇,出版专著2部。
