法律文书写作与推理

本书以法律推理为核心，以英语为语言工具，法学专业知识和文书写作技巧并重，在吸收英美法律文书写作推理内容的基础上融合涉外法律实务技能的培训，同时结合中国学生在法律英语学习中反馈的问题进行设计编排。本书旨在通过系统训练提高法学专业学生的综合素质与交流能力，可供相关专业院校和培训机构在法律英语教学阶段参考使用。

张正怡，女，法学博士，上海政法学院教授、“问渠源学者”青年拔尖人才岗，上海市晨光学者，上海市涉外法律人才、青年法学法律人才，上海国际仲裁中心、上海仲裁委员会、合肥仲裁委员会仲裁员。美国国务院访问学者，海牙国际法学院国际私法奖学金获得者，讲授课程“法律文书写作与推理”被授予“上海高校示范性全英语教学课程”称号，曾作为上海市高校教师培训优秀学员获上海市教委微格教学风采展示文科冠军。
