张正怡，女，1985年8月出生。法学博士，上海市晨光学者，美国国务院访问学者，海牙国际法学院国际私法奖学金获得者、中国国际私法学会理事。现任教于上海政法学院国际法学院，从事国际经济法学的教学与研究，发表多篇专业领域论文与译文。
