作者简介
和仁达也 1972年出生。以“专业思考整理术”为卖点,致力帮助管理层从愿景和财务方面实现目标,是一位有远见的合作伙伴。 27岁创业,成为独立管理顾问,在业界被称为“独立顾问的榜样”。他从一个月15万日元(约7000元)的合同起步,发展至年收入超3000万日元(约140万元)。他的咨询合同平均期限为9~12年,长约可达20年甚至更久。 他开展的关系整理思考培训营总是爆满,受到了学习“合伙人式”咨询方式的咨询师和专业人士的好评。
