作者简介
E. D.小赫希（E. D. Hirsch, Jr.），美国核心知识基金会创始人，弗吉尼亚大学教育与人文科学教授，出版了《文化素养：每个美国人需要知道的知识》等一系列影响巨大的教育著作，是当代拥有有影响力的教育改革家之一，主持参与了《核心知识系列读本》各册的编写。
