SOIL EROSION AND RIVER SEDIMENTATION RESEARCH IN SELECTED COUNTRIE

Based on the availability of data, China, the United States, Britain, Japan, Germany, France, Russia, South Korea, India, Egypt, Iran, Nepal and North Korea, etc. were selected for comprehensive assessment and analysis of basic survey, latest research priority, progress, output and trends as well as institutional management. Some suggestions and countermeasures were also put forward in this book.

刘孝盈, 长期从事涉水、泥沙与水土保持生态环境等领域的研究、国际合作工作,主持和主要参加国家十五研究、十一五科技支撑、水利部重点项目、黄河水沙基金、长江三峡九五、十五等、联合国教科文组织、联合国粮农组织、世界银行、亚洲开发银行等研究和国际咨询项目。现为中国水利水电科学研究院教授级高工（2004年4月）, 博士学位，硕导，世界泥沙研究学会司库，世界水土保持协会常务理事和司库，中国水土保持生态修复专委会副秘书长、全国泥沙信息网常务理事，《国际泥沙研究》和《国际水土保持研究》英文期刊的编委。曾获长江委、中国水土保持学会、中国水科院、德国GFA咨询集团、联合国粮农组织FARM项目各类奖励多项。 编译著作正式出版6部，完成各类技术报告40多个，发表论文60多篇。联合培养博士研究生2名
