《大学英语综合教程》（艺体类）共分2册，每册均由十二个单元组成，内容按体育、音乐、美术和媒体四个专业分类编排，每个专业涵盖3个单元，每个单元又包含3篇文章：Text A 涉及专业领域的名人传记、Text B是与专业相关的文章，Text C是有关文化类文章。所有文章的选材紧扣学生的专业领域，题材广泛，话题新颖，语言浅显易懂，充分考虑艺体类学生的喜好，并配有与主题相关的插图，精美新颖。同时，在内容编排上注重系统性和连贯性，使学生在循序渐进、由浅入深的语言学习和训练中拓展视野，提高英语应用能力和文化素养。
