中国可再生能源政策变迁机制研究

本书将靠前社会化理论同萨巴蒂尔的靠前倡议联盟理论进行了有机整合，通过靠前和靠前两个层面的互动来系统性探讨中国可再生能源政策变迁的动力机制和决定性因素，旨在解释中国可再生能源得以快速发展的根本性动力。本书指出中国加入靠前气候变化机制的过程是一个靠前社会化过程，促进了靠前的机构锚定效应和政治资源的再分配，从而为可再生能源政策倡议联盟的壮大提供了政治机会之窗。

李昕蕾，女，1982年生，山东济南人，2013年毕业于德国柏林自由大学环境政策研究中心和优选政治研究中心，获靠前政治学博士学位，现任教于山东大学政治学与公共管理学院。主要研究领域为靠前可再生能源政策及清洁能源外交、优选及地方气候治理、跨国流域水治理。近年来参加了优选环境政冶学年会、IPSA世界政治学年会、WISC靠前研究年会等有名靠前学术会议，撰写发表了多篇与可再生能源政策相关的英文会议论文。已在《外交评论》、《欧洲研究》、《靠前观察》、《复旦靠前关系评论》等学术刊物上发表论文十余篇，出版译著《优选视野下的环境管冶：生态与政治现代化的新方法》（合译）。目前主持国家社科青年项目“中国清洁能源外交战略研究”、中国博士后科学基金第58批面上一等资助项目“‘一带一路’框架下中国周边水外交战略研究”、教育部留学基金委科研基金启动项目“跨国城市网络在优选气候治理中的公共物品供给机制研究”等六个课题，并参与其他国级和省部级课题多项。
