马克思主义产权理论与中国实践

本文在书中构建了一种马克思主义的产权理论。这一理论解释了西方国家产权制度的演变过程。同时，这一理论也是对书中构建的马克思主义产权理论的验证。本文运用马克思主义的产权理论，探讨了我国现有的产权制度，提出了完善具有我国特色的社会主义产权制度的替代方案。

本书系统论述了马克思主义产权理论的概念、发展与未来趋势，对西方资本主义产权理论的优势和弊端也进行的阐述；论证了马克思主义关于产权发展历史趋势理论的科学性和真理性；以马克思主义产权理论为指导，论述了以“公有制为主体，多种所有制形式共同发展”为核心的中国特色社会主义产权制度的形成，探讨了以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，进一步巩固、发展和完善中国特色社会主义产权制度体系的具体实现途径。本书对揭示马克思主义产权理论的科学性，完善中国特色社会主义的产权制度，具有重要的理论价值和实践意义

白瑞雪，北京师范大学经济与资源管理研究院教授，博士生导师，出版《马克思经济理论研究》《现代产权理论与中国产权制度改革》等相关中英文学术著作15部，发表学术论文 60余篇，Inflation and Absolute price 获北京第十四届哲学社会科学优秀成果评选一等奖。担任中国政治经济学学会、中华外国经济学说研究会和全国马克思列宁主义经济学说史学会常务理事。主要研究方向：政治经济学、生态经济学和演化经济学。 白暴力，北京师范大学经济学院原副院长，教授、博士生导师。出版《马克思经济理论》《中国特色社会主义产权制度研究》《古典产权制度向现代产权制度的演进》等学术著作35部，发表学术论文230篇；获学术成果奖30项，其中省部级以上政府奖20项，一等奖4项；1990年主持国家社科基金项目以来，担任国家社科基金专项工程（重大项目）首席专家，完成国家社科基金重点项目等省部级以上项目十余项；《价值价格通论》，在国家社会科学基金鉴定时，被认为是“实现了价值价格理论上的革命，具有价值价格理论发展中的里程碑意义”，获得北京市第10次哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖（特等奖提名）。
