约翰·莫里斯·凯利（John Maurice Kelly，1931-1991），爱尔兰法学家、统一党政治家、议员，曾任爱尔兰总检察长， 贸易、商务与旅游部部长等职。都伯林大学宪法、法理学和罗马法教授，牛津大学三一学院研究员。
1949-1954年就读于都柏林大 学，1954-1956年在海德堡大学读研究生。著有小说《荣誉至上》（Matters of Honour，1964）和《死者的投票》（The Polling of the Dead，1993），法学作品《罗马的诉讼》（Roman Litigation，1966）、《爱尔兰法律与宪法中的基本权利》（Fundamental Rights in Irish law and Constitution，1968）、《罗马共和国民事司法研究》（Studies in the Civil Judicature of the Roman Republic，1976）、《西方法律思想简史》（1992）和《爱尔兰宪法》（The Irish Constitution，第4版, 2003）等，以及文集《挺身而出：约翰·凯利演讲论文选集》（Belling the Cats: Selected Speeches and Articles of John Kelly，1992）。
