陈卫东 法学博士，对外经济贸易大学法学院教授，主要从事靠前法、世界贸易组织法的教学和研究。主持国家社科基金和省部级课题多项，出版专著4部，在Journal of World Trade（SSCI期刊）、《法商研究》、《法学评论》、《法学》等靠前外学术期刊发表论文二十余篇，其中多篇被《人大复印资料》全文转载。曾获全国很好博士论文提名奖（2004年）、全国商务发展研究成果奖三等奖（2011年）、安子介靠前贸易研究奖二等奖（2012年，第二作者）、商务部第七届中国贸易救济与产业安全研究奖三等奖（2012年）。2009～2010年曾受国家留学基金资助，在瑞士日内瓦靠前与发展不错研究院从事访问学者研究。
Prof. Dr. Frank Emmert LL.M., is the John S. Grimes Professor of Law and Director of the Center for International & Comparative Law at Indiana University School of LawIndianapolis（美国印第安纳大学印第安纳波利斯分校法学院教授，靠前法与比较法研究中心主任，法学博士）. Professor Emmert holds law degrees from Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States. Before coming to Indiana in 2003, Professor Emmert visited Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York during 2002/03. From 1998-2002, he served as Dean of the Law School and Professor of European and International Law at Concordia International University Estonia (now part of Tallinn Technical University). From 1993-1998, he was Lecturer in European Law at the Europainstitut Basel in Switzerland and before that he spent two years as Executive Director of the Academy of European Law at the European University Institute in Florence. Professor Emmert has taught for credit at more than a dozen other universities in Europe, Asia, and the Americas and frequently speaks at conferences around the World. He is an editor of the European Journal of Law Reform. In over 100 publications he has focused on European Union and International Trade Law.
黄志雄 法学博士，武汉大学法学院教授、博士生导师；武汉大学法学院靠前公法教研室主任，武汉大学靠前人道法研究中心执行主任，《武大靠前法评论》副主编，中国法学会世贸组织法研究会常务理事。自2003年以来，先后在荷兰乌德勒支大学法学院、德国马普比较公法与靠前法研究所、波兰华沙大学欧洲中心、美国哈佛大学法学院担任访问学者。主持国家社科基金项目、教育部人文社科重点研究基地重大课题、司法部国家法治与法学理论项目等国家和省部级课题多项，出版专著《WTO体制内的发展问题与靠前发展法研究》，主编、副主编、参编著作十余部，在《法学研究》、《法学评论》、《法商研究》、《中国软科学》、Frontiers of Law in China、Yearbook of Polish European Studies等中英文学术刊物发表论文四十余篇。曾获中国法学会世贸组织法研究会很好论文一等奖、全国极地办公室极地软科学很好论文二等奖等奖励。
王衡 法学博士，西南政法大学靠前法学院教授、博士生导师；（世界）靠前经济法学会常务理事、亚洲靠前经济法网络常务理事、新南威尔士大学教授级客座研究员。数次赴WTO总部研修、举办讲座和大会发言。作为访问教授，赴加拿大渥太华大学、横滨国立大学、新南威尔士大学授课，在美国西北大学、伦敦经济学院、巴黎一大、悉尼大学、东京大学、法兰克福大学等四十余所高校讲学发言。担任欧洲大学研究院马克斯？韦伯学者、英国剑桥大学出版社书稿评审专家、意大利圣安娜高等大学访问教授、香港研究资助局外部评审专家、马德里仲裁院仲裁员等职。主持司法部重点课题及多项教育部、中国法学会、霍英东基金会等课题。在Journal of World Trade和Cornell International Law Journal等SSCI期刊以及《现代法学》、《法商研究》、《法学》等发表论文二十多篇，出版专著一部，副主编、参编多部著作。获得教育部高校科研很好成果奖三等奖、中国法学很好成果奖二等奖等奖励。
