作者简介
谭术魁,华中科技大学公共管理学院副院长,教授,博士生导师。同时担任国家自然科学基金申请项目同行评议专家,国家社会科学基金申请项目同行评议专家,国家社会科学基金项目成果通讯鉴定专家,教育部博士硕士学位授权点通讯评议专家,教育部全国优秀博士学位论文评选通讯评议专家,教育部博士学位论文定期评估通讯评议专家,教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目评审专家,教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目通讯评议专家,教育部人文社会科学研究一般项目通讯评议专家。主要研究领域为土地管理,房地产管理,住房政策。担任博学·21世纪工程管理系列教材(16部)总编,21世纪项目管理系列规划教材编委,主编教材6部(含普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材1部),出版专著2部,在省级以上刊物公开发表学术论文125篇。研究成果被有关学者公开发表论文引用318次,被会议交流论文引用41次,并被国内71篇博士学位论文、545篇硕士学位论文引用。主持完成的国家社会科学基金项目《粮食主产区耕地撂荒问题揭示及其规避研究》被全国哲学社会科学规划办公室以《成果要报》形式呈送中共中央政治局常委、委员等党和国家领导人内部参阅。
