茱迪·史珂拉（Judith N.Shklar，1928－P992），女，哈佛大学政府管理学院考尔斯教授，历任美国政治哲学与法哲学协会、美国政治科学协会，是近几十年来哈佛大学很为有名的政治理论家之一，跻身于20世纪很重要的自由主义学者行列，对自由主义自身亦有严肃的反思。 史珂拉一生著有九部政治理论著作，代表作有After Utopia：The Decline of Political Faith（1957），Legalism：Law,Morals，and Political Trials（1964），Men and Citizens：A Study of Rousseau's SocialTheory（1969），Freedom and Independence：AStudy of the Political Ideas of Hegel's Phenomenologyof Mind（1976），Ordinary Vices（1984），TheFaces of Injustice（1990）。另著有大量研究论文。
