杨慧，Ph.D. The University of Hong Kong.Assistant Professor, Department of Sociology,Faculty of Ethnology and Sociology, MinzuUniversity of China.Her research interests include Social policyand social welfare (especially the health carestudy), social work theory and practice for theethnic minority.She has published three books: "ShiftingHealth Care Regime in Urban China and theImpact on the Urban Poor"(in English), "SocialWork for the Ethnic Minorities: Practice andReflection" ( in Chinese) and "UnderstandingSocial Security : Issues for Policy andPractice"(translation version in Chinese). Otherpublications include several journal papers andinternational conference papers.
