植物有性生殖发育研究四十年

本书是杨弘远院士《植物有性生殖实验研究四十年》的传承，选取了作者四十年来的研究成果集结而成，分为单细胞操作与体外实验技术创建、配子与配子体发育研究、植物体外受精与受精机制研究、父母亲本基因在受精后发育中的作用、早期胚胎发生研究：模式建成与细胞命运决定、综述与评述等六个部分。本书通过展示作者及其团队围绕植物生殖发育的重大科学问题而展开的系列研究及所取得的研究成果，真实记录作者及其团队的学术思路与技术攻关历程，以此来反映中国年轻科学家迎难而上，刻苦攻关，推动我国植物生殖发育研究快速发展并跻身国际前沿的伟大历程。

孙蒙祥，武汉大学教授。1982年毕业于华中师范大学，1994年于武汉大学获得博士学位。1996-2000年先后在荷兰瓦吉宁根大学、意大利锡耶纳大学、德国汉堡大学作为博士后或高级访问学者参与研究工作。多年来围绕“植物受精与早期胚胎发生的分子机制”这一科学问题进行了持续而深入的研究，取得了原创性、系统性的重要成果。近年来，在植物生殖发育过程中的细胞命运决定、细胞-细胞相互作用，杂交后父母亲本起源基因的作用等基础理论研究方面取得若干重要突破。先后在Nature,Nature Plants，Nature Communications, Developmental Cell, Plos Biology, PNAS, Plant Cell 等权威刊物发表学术论文130余篇，参编(译)专著5部。获得国家、省部级奖5项，并先后获得“跨世纪人才”(2000)，国家“杰出青年”(2002)，全国“优秀科技工作者”’(2010)，湖北省“特级专家”(2022)等称号。
