为加强小型水电站施工技术管理，保证工程施工质量，达到优质、安全、经济的目的，特制定本规范。 本规范适用于装机容量0.5~50MW、库容1000万m3以下的4级、5级水工建筑物的新建、扩建、续建、除险加固、技术改造等。装机容量小于0.5MW及4级、5级临时水工建筑物可参照执行。This specification is formulated with a view to strengthen construction technology management of small hydropower stations, ensure construction quality, and achieve the purposes of safety, high quality and economic efficiency. This specification is applicable to the newly-constructed, extension, renovation, danger control by reinforcement and rehabilitation of hydraulic structures of Grades 4 and 5 in small hydropower stations whose installed capacities are between 0.5MW and 50MW, and storage capacities less than 10,000,000 m3. For the hydraulic structures with installed capacities less than 0.5MW and temporary structures of Grades 4 and 5, this specifcation can serve as a reference.
