民航乘务英语

本书遵循语言习得规律，以提高民航英语听、说能力为宗旨，根据工作岗位流程以及常用工作情境设计知识、能力、思政目标。根据客舱乘务员的工作惯例，《民航乘务英语》由客舱服务常规流程和紧急情况下的客舱服务两部分组成，共9个任务，每个任务下设子情境，共有学习目标、岗位知识、常见对话、广播词、重点词汇、拓展阅读、任务评估7个环节。另外，根据思政目标，每个任务的最后设计有课程思政环节，深入当代民航精神教育。本书内容翔实，图文并茂，具有专业性、科学性和实用性，适合于民航类专业学生，也适合于乘务教员、从业人员或其他对空乘英语感兴趣的人员。
