方小平，澳大利亚莫纳什大学文学院副教授，2019—2020年入选美国国家人文研究中心驻院研究员。主要从事中国医疗、卫生和流行病史以及当代中国社会政治史研究，曾在The China Quarterly、Modern China、Medical History、Journal of Asian Studies等期刊上发表多篇论文。学术专著Barefoot Doctors and Western Medicine in China与China and the Cholera Pandemic: Restructuring Society under Mao 先后由美国罗切斯特大学出版社（2012）和美国匹兹堡大学出版社（2021）出版，后者曾获2022年度CHOICE杰出学术图书奖。
