中国式民主 全过程人民民主

全过程人民民主是一个全新的理念，是独具中国特色的新型民主形态，是中国共产党领导人民在长期的民主探索中逐渐形成和完善的。本书以作者多年来对民主理论的扎实研究为基奠，在书稿中呈现了中国的民主制度逐渐完善直至实现全过程人民民主的过程，并对全过程人民民主的内涵、制度建设、实践案例、发展方向等给予了全方位阐释。同时，作者基于中西方国情和历史文化的差异，揭示中国式民主的必然选择和历史逻辑。

当前，中国正朝着全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标迈进。民主政治制度将如何进一步发展完善？党的二十大报告中，对于发展全过程人民民主、保障人民当家作主，从加强人民当家作主制度保障、全面发展协商民主、积极发展基层民主、巩固和发展最广泛的爱国统一战线等四个方面作出部署，为进一步发展全过程人民民主指明了方向。全过程人民民主，既有鲜明的中国特色，也体现全人类共同价值，本书用通俗流畅的文字和丰富的案例，从制度的保障、协商民主特色、基层民主发展等角度，立体讲述中国如何发展全过程人民民主，并在中西比较中给出令人信服的解答。

李君如，原中共中央党校副校长，研究员，博士生导师，国务院颁发政府特殊津贴享受者。第十届全国政协委员，第十一届全国政协常委。中央马克思主义理论研究和建设工程咨询委员会委员、科学社会主义课题首席专家。党史学习教育中央宣讲团成员，曾任中共中央宣传部理论局副局长、中共中央党史研究室副主任。长期从事马克思主义中国化思想史研究。出版了《李君如著作集》18卷和《马克思主义中国化思想史》等著作，其中由《与近代中国》《与当代中国》《与后的当代中国》组成的“研究三部曲”获第11届“中国图书奖”；《马克思主义中国化思想史》获第五届中国出版政府奖提名奖；《治大国：如何看中国共产党的治理之道》（“如何看中国”丛书，中英文版）获第五届中国出版政府奖。发表了《的“治国论”》等数百篇论文，其中《的“中国特色社会主义论”》《的管理思想与领导艺术》获中宣部“五个一工程”优秀论文奖。为第二届（2005）中国发展百人奖获得者。2008年荣获联合国艾滋病防治特殊贡献奖和澳大利亚金袋鼠奖。2017年被评为“影响中国”年度学者。
