AIRLINE　OPERATIONAL　CONTROL（航空公司运行控制）

飞行调度是航空公司运行控制的中心，负责组织、安排和保障航空公司的飞行和运行管理。其主要任务是根据航空公司的航班安排，合理组织航班和运营管理，争取航班正常运行，提高航空公司的服务质量和经济效益。本书为学术著作，阐述了航空运行人员、飞行签派员必须掌握的航空公司运行控制相关知识及技能。 本书参考了国内外涉及运行控制的规章手册及运行文件，内容取材上尽量反映国内外近期新行业标准及研究成果，满足民航运行控制相关专业人员的培训需求，对于培养国际化航空人才有指导意义。

罗凤娥，中国民用航空飞行学院空中交通管理学院教授，硕士生导师，研究方向为航空公司运行管理、运行控制：持有CAAC、FAA飞行签派员执照，CAAC航行情报员执照；担任飞行签派检查委任代表，作为核心团队成员参与了ICAOCBTA手册(Docl0106)的编写：与COMAC及多家航空公司开展校企合作，推进产教融合；作为主编，在航空运行控制、DRM、签派培训等领域出版多部专著和教材；2017年获民航局“五一巾帼标兵”荣誉称号。
