Looking back over the past 40-plus years, the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy the key to what makes today’s China. While advancing domestic development, China has always held high the banner of peace, development, cooperation and win-win results, worked to align the Chinese Dream with the global dream, promoted global economic growth through international cooperation platforms such as the Belt and Road Initiative, and provided Chinese proposals for world peace and human development.
