中国企业生存和创新问题研究

本书通过理论分析、实证分析等方法对上述问题进行了研究和探讨，有助于从根源上理解我国企业的“生存和创新发展”问题，由于中国的情况在许多方面与其他转型经济体相似，这些结果提供了关于经济转型过程的更普遍的信息。因此具有重要的现实意义。

本书探讨了宏观经济、所有制结构以及全面的制度框架变化对中国企业生存和创新发展的影响。过去的40年，中国经济经历了从计划经济向市场经济的复杂转变。宏观经济对企业生存的影响和所有制结构对企业创新活动的影响是理解中国经济改革的渠道。在前期学者研究成果的基础上，本书对两个问题进行了深入研究： 一是宏观、制度及企业自身因素对我国企业生存问题的影响研究；二是所有制结构对我国企业的创新活动和效率的影响研究。
