生物化学实验指导

本书内容分为三大部分：生物化学实验概论（PartⅠ）、专项实验（PartⅡ~PartⅥ）、附录。第一部分包括生物化学实验的基本要求、基本技能及生物化学技术的基本原理（Chapter1~6）。根据系统的特点，本书从蛋白质实验、酶学实验、糖脂实验、核酸实验、设计性实验、生物信息学实验等方面进行了专题实验，共35个实验。每一个实验中，在简要介绍了实验原理后，重点阐述了实验过程中的要点、技术分析和注意事项。最后，分析了可能遇到的问题、潜在原因及解决办法。
