中医专业英语

《中医专业英语》是中医学研究生、八年制本科生的主修课程之一。本课程的教学目的是使学生在学习中医学各门基础课程的基础上，以中医的理法方药为主线，以约定俗成的中医英语术语为基础，循序渐进地向学生介绍中医英语的基本知识，使学生基本掌握中医基本理论的英语表达与翻译技巧。
本书基本结构和特点：①本书正文部分共设置了10个单元，在内容上涉及了中医概况、阴阳五行理论、气、血、津液、脏腑理论、四诊与治则、方药、经络与穴位、针灸、推拿与功法、中医养生等主要的中医主题的英文表达；②每个单元均设置了四个部分，第一部分为听说练习，第二部分为阅读部分，第三部分为中医翻译，第四部分为中医英语专业写作，力求从听说读写译等方面全面培养学生的综合语言技能；③听说部分选取与本单元的主题相关中医学方面的较浅显、基本的介绍，或是相关的现代医学科普及健康话题材料，听力材料短小、精炼、活泼，配合判断对错、短文填空题进行考察；④阅读部分为本单元的核心部分，分别包括TextA和TextB两篇文章，其中TextA为本单元的主课文，主要选取英美国家作者的相关作品，以确保语言上的地道、优美，在内容上确保有一定的可读性、可讲性，课后练习设置了本单元主题相关的中医术语、句子的翻译。TextB定位上为拓展性阅读，与本单元的TextA在主题上有一定关联性，或为相关的现代医学内容，课后设置了判断对错练习；⑤翻译部分主要包含了2个部分内容，第一部分为中医术语翻译的理论与实践，主要为了培养学生对术语翻译的理解和掌握；第二部分则为中医经典条文的翻译与欣赏，分别选取了中医经典条文，并配有2到3个英译版本，进行比较赏析。⑥第四部分专业写作内容主要涉及专业论文写作的各个主要步骤和方面，主要为了提高学生应用专业英语撰写学术论文能力，从而为他们将来从事科研工作奠定语言基础。⑦本书正文后面设有2个附录，附录1为本书各单元词汇的汇总表，以便读者进行检索和复习；附录2为中医常用临床英语会话，涉及中医常见病的治疗、中药煎煮等内容，供学生模仿演练；⑧为了方便读者使用并减少经济负担，本教材的听力部分及参考译文和练习答案等内容，另外制作了光盘，随书附赠。
