赵曙明,南京大学商学院名誉院长,南京大学人力资源管理战略研究所所长,南京大学人文社会科学资深教授,博士生导师,兼任教育部工商管理类学科教学指导委员会副主任委员,国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部学科评审组专家,国家社科基金管理学部评审专家,全国工商管理硕士(MBA)专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员。他是中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)第三届主席,中国管理现代化研究会副会长,江苏省人力资源学会会长。
