用英语演中国故事

国内首部中国故事英文剧本集《用英语演中国故事》，近日由外文出版社正式出版。《用英语演中国故事》由中英美三国戏剧作家参与创作，纯正的英文，经典的故事，为青少年学习英语、传承和传播中华文化提供了新的学习形式。《用英语演中国故事》收录了20个中国故事剧目，题材丰富而广泛，既有“十二生肖”的民间传说、“苏武牧羊”的历史典故，也有屈原、鲁迅等历史人物的传记故事。英文表达优雅、生动，富有戏剧美感。同时，剧本配有中英双语的故事梗概，读者通过沉浸式的阅读与表演，不仅能实现英语能力的提升，还可领会中华优秀文化的深厚魅力。

斯明诚（David Symington），牛津大学古典学、复旦大学中国哲学的“双料”硕士，英国博雅教育专家，戏剧表演专家，新航道中国故事研究院副院长。他致力于博雅教育实践，在戏剧表演、西方文学、历史、哲学等领域有很深的造诣和丰富的教学经验。
