刘胜，got his doctoral degree from University of Newcastle, Australia and currently is Vice-director of International trade and economics research centre of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, China. He has a strong background in applied econometrics, development economics and international economics and published in several top-tier SSCI journals and world leading conferences. Dr. Liu has also published and edited a number of books and is/was in charge of several provincial and ministerial research projects.
