何珊，女，北京人。北京清果金融信息服务有限公司董事长、东方电子支付有限公司重要股东。2004年获清华大学电气工程本科学位、2006年获清华大学硕士学位，2014年获中国人民银行金融研究所金融学博士学位。中国外汇领域专家，10年以上行业经验，专注“一带一路”海关、进口贸易及金融服务。中国第六届管理科学奖“英才奖”获得者，北京市第十一届青联委员，2019年海淀区“三八”红旗手，中国互联网协会青年专家，福州市榕商经济研究院副院长。主要研究方向为全球通汇及全球债务格局，在核心期刊上发表多篇论文，并出版图书《透视互联网金融》《金融巨震》等。
