法律翻译

本书以跨学科的视角，从语言学、法学及翻译学三个维度对法律翻译进行了较为全面、系统的诠释，旨在为研究法律翻译理论和实践提供有益的指导。本书共分为两大部分：理论篇和实践篇。前五章主要介绍了法律翻译的理论知识，包括语言和法律的关系、法律语言的特征、法律翻译对等问题、法律翻译理论和原则等。后五章以法律翻译实践为主，主要涉及法律术语、句式和文本的翻译等。本书主要供高等院校英语、翻译或法律专业的本科生和研究生使用，也可供法学教师、法律从业者、法律英语研究者作为教材或参考用书使用。

董晓波，美国佐治亚大学法学博士后，南京师范大学教授，外国语言学及应用语言学博士生导师。中国法律英语教学与测试研究会副会长，江苏省人民政府地方性法规译审专家，广东省人民政府地方性法规译审专家，国家海上丝绸之路申报世界文化遗产翻译专家，国际青年应用语言学学者联盟法律顾问、常务理事，省级重点研究基地“江苏国际法治动态研究中心”主任，中国译协法律翻译委员会委员。
