仲裁法学

为了进一步加强对我国《仲裁法》的教学研究工作以及提升汕头大学法学院“仲裁法学”课程的教学质量与水平，满足法科学生学习掌握“仲裁法学”的基本原理与教学用书之需求，我们认为很有必要编著这本《仲裁法学》一书。该书不仅可以作为高等学校政法院系本课生的教科书，还可以作为商事仲裁法律实务部门参考的良师益友。全书由十二章、三个大部分组成：仲裁法总论、仲裁法分论与涉外仲裁法论。该书以中国现行仲裁法律法规（含有关司法解释）以及有关国际仲裁公约为依据，力图反映出当今我国商事仲裁立法的基本内容与立法体系，在适当参考与借鉴国内外有关仲裁法学近期新研究成果的基础上，较为全面地、系统地、准确地阐述了我国仲裁法学的基本原理和基本制度，并力求在内容上融知识性、系统性与实践性于一体。值得一提的是，有鉴于商事仲裁制度呈现出来的内在较为强劲的国际统一化发展趋势，作者结合自己多年来从事仲裁法学教学研究以及仲裁实际工作经验，在书中还附有仲裁法律专业术语的英文翻译、我国《仲裁法》的英文本以及一些典型的仲裁法案例，希望能够帮助培养学生分析问题与解决问题的能力。
