国际发展援助的中国方案

   “全球治理的中国方案”丛书（中、英文版），全面、深入地向国际社会阐释中国的全球治理观，展现中国作为一个负责任的大国，积极参与全球治理，努力为全球治理贡献中国主张、中国智慧、中国方案，并以踏实稳健的步伐，推动构建合作共赢、公正合理的全球治理体系和治理机制。

60多年来，中国对外援助涉及基础设施、减贫、农业、卫生、教育、环境、人道主义等诸多领域，广泛回应了发展中国家的发展诉求，走出了一条具有中国特色的对外援助道路。在新的历史时期，中国对外援助将秉承义利相兼、以义为先的正确义利观，围绕“一带一路”建设和促进实现2030年可持续发展目标，为更多发展中国家提供发展助力，将“中国梦”与人类共同发展进步的“世界梦”全面对接，推动形成以共商共建共享为核心的新型全球治理体系，为构建人类命运共同体作出重要贡献。
