蔡莉，Ph．D．，professor，graduate supervisor，Department of Business Administration，School of Management，Jiangsu University．In recent years，her focus is on the courses taught in English fordifferent levels of students offering Ph．D．candidates，masters and bachelors．The courses include“Strategic Planning and Management”“Competitive Strategy and Technology”“Management Research Methodology”Selected Reading of Management Classics”．She won a provincial teaching achievement award and has already published one English textbook and more than 40 academic papers；presided over different projects，concluded the National Social Science Foundation of China，and four projects at provincial and ministerial levels(this includes one of Jiangsu provincial colleges and universities’full English excellent curriculum construction)。and has participated in many projects at the provincial，municipal and horizontal levels．
