中国访美学者跨文化适应的现象学研究

现有的跨文化适应理论对现实生活中跨文化适应本身的复杂性缺乏足够的关注，无法准确描述中国短期访学者群体跨文化适应的独特性。为此，本研究提出了一个多层面的跨文化渗透式学习模式,采用现象学以及自传民族志的研究方法，聚焦中国访问学者在美国跨文化适应的生活经历，以解释跨文化适应过程中的动态性和情境性。本研究旨在揭示跨文化适应现象的本质结构，获取受访者关于情感、态度、困难和挑战的最真实描述。
