在教育部印发《推进共建“一带一路”教育行动计划》的通知背景下，结合全国少有“鲁班工坊”所承载的主要任务，以VBSE为商科教学的基本手段，通过在校园内搭建虚拟社会环境、模拟企业的真实场景、设置企业运作的职能部门岗位、流程，使国际留学生、培训生能够了解中国企业文化背景及初步掌握中国企业商务流程及所涉及到的业务流程。
