苏珊·赫布斯特（Susan Herbst），美国知名政治学家，主要著作有Rude Democracy：Civility andIncivility in American Politics（Temple University Press，2010）；Reading Public Opinion：Political Actors View the Democratic Process（University of Chicago Press，1998）：Politics at the Margin：Historical Studies ofPublic Expression Outside the Mainstream（Cambridge University Press，1994）。自2010年6月起担任美国康涅狄格大学校长至今，是该校1881年建校以来首位女性校长。
