英语修辞复合词释义的结构基础

本书为“当代外语研究论丛”之一，调查了英国国家语料库(BNC)中优选频的50个身体部位词作为修辞性词素（概念隐喻）出现的3378类复合词，量化分析了其在英语复合词靠前位置和第二位置的分布规律。分析发现四种不同的语义属性与两个位置之间具有显著的相关性，这说明英语修辞复合词释义具有一定结构基础。因此，概念隐喻除了普通认知规律以外，还体现了具体语言结构的相对性。

马韬，博士，现任教于上海杉达学院外语学院，从事语料库和应用语言学研究，专攻形态学。曾在英国语言学学会LAGB，美国语言学学会LSA，美国命名学会ANS，斯德哥尔摩大学隐喻学会SMF等靠前语言学学术会议上发表论文。接受伯明翰城市大学语料库专家AntoinetteRenouf教授与上海交通大学外语学院语料库和语言测试专家杨惠中教授发起的联合培养博士项目指导，在英国期间曾师从中古英语专家RichardIngham教授，维也纳大学早期现代英语专家UrsulaLutzky博士开展研究工作。
