本集刊由西南政法大学靠前法学院老师和博士生以及东盟国家的法律理论界和实务界的科研成果和论文构成。全书围绕中国-东盟合作的法律问题，涵盖了区域合作的靠前法原理分析和实务交流探讨。内容包括：中国-东盟自贸区法律问题专论，中国-东盟自贸区争端解决机制专论，中国及东盟国家法律制度问题各论及学术综述。

张晓君，男，云南永德县人，西南政法大学靠前法学院院长、法学教授、法学博士、博士生导师。担任中国法学会中国—东盟法律研究中心秘书长、中国法学会靠前经济贸易法研究会常务理事、中国法学会WTO法研究会理事、中国靠前法学会理事、中国靠前经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员。
