中国促进国际法治报告:2015年

本书着重于当年靠前法治的新发展和当年中国促进靠前法治的理论与实践，旨在系统梳理几年来靠前法治的新发展，尤其是近两年来的新动向，着重阐述中国在靠前法治的各个重要领域所表明的理念、坚持的原则与立场和采取的具体行动，系统地展示中国对促进靠前法治作出的重要贡献，从而用大量和充分的事实向靠前社会表明：中国不仅一贯诚信地遵守靠前法律规则，而且一直积极参与靠前法律规则的制定和各种靠前机制的建构与运行以及其他具体的靠前法治行动。

曾令良，男，1956年出生，武汉大学博士生导师，现任武汉大学靠前法研究所所长、教育部长江学者特聘教授、欧洲联盟让-莫内讲席教授。兼任中国靠前法学会副会长、中国靠前经济法学会副会长、中国欧洲法律研究会会长、中国世界贸易组织法研究会副会长、湖北省靠前法研究会会长等职。曾获全国普通高校人文社会科学研究成果一等奖、被评为第二届全国十大杰出中青年法学家。代表性著作有《欧洲共同体与现代靠前法》及其繁体中文修订版《欧洲联盟与现代靠前法》、《世界贸易组织法》、《欧洲联盟法总论》、《中国和平发展重大前沿靠前法律问题研究》等。
