高巍，教授，毕业于上海外国语大学学士，西北师范大学硕士，英国爱丁堡赫瑞-瓦特大学（Heriot-Watt University）博士。主要从事翻译学理论与实践、会议口译、认知语言学、翻译认知过程以及翻译技术的研究。先后执教于兰州理工大学、赫瑞-瓦特大学和斯特灵大学（University of Stirling），具有上百场口译工作的经历。
