《不错商务英语口语》面向不错商务英语学习者，专业性强，是一本通过口语向商务英语学习者介绍商务文化的教材，旨在培养与加强学习者跨文化交际能力。教材的编写不仅关注知识的呈现，更注重学习者跨文化商务交际能力的培养。内容涉及业务关系，产品，询盘、报盘与还盘，价格、折扣，包装，保险，运输，合同，代理与佣金，投诉与索赔，涵盖商务活动的主要方面。

《不错商务英语口语(附光盘新视界商务英语系列教材)》的内容围绕靠前商务的多个环节展开，尽量涵盖靠前商务交谈中的常见语境，让学习者能通过学习达到口语熟悉贯通的目的。这些语境包括：靠前商务业务的建立、询盘、发盘、还盘、合同订立、产品的生产、营销、包装、保险、运输、结算、代理与索赔等诸多方面，进行综合性训练。在每一章的很后是“巩固性阅读”材料，供学习者巩固该章节的学习，并进行了适当的展开。旨在训练商务学习者通过阅读加强对该部分商务知识的认知。
本教材主要面向靠前贸易、靠前金融、商务管理、靠前旅游和英语专业的高校学生，也可作为从事靠前商务领域的涉外工作人员的参考用书。

孔宪遂，硕士，山东财经大学外国语学院副教授，应用英语系主任，商务英语团队负责人。 2002年7月毕业于清华大学外语系英语专业外国语言学与应用语言学方向，上海外国语大学英语语言文学专业在读博士。主要研究方向为认知语言学、应用语言学。主持和参与完成各类科研课题10余项，出版译著3部、专著1部，主持和参与编写教材多部。
