余纪元，1964年生，浙江诸暨人。美国布法罗纽约州立大学哲学系教授、古典系兼职教授，中国人民大学吴玉章讲座教授，山东大学“长江学者”讲座教授。主要研究领域为古希腊哲学、古希腊与古代中国哲学比较、德性伦理学、儒学。
