曲卫国:复旦大学外文学院教授、博导、副院长。1982年华东师范大学外语系学士、1986年华东师范大学外语系美国文学硕士、1991年英国strathclyde大学获文学语言学硕士、2004—2005哈佛大学富布赖特访问学者。曾被评为上海市很好青年教师(1996)、复旦大学本科教学名师(2003)、复旦大学研究生很好导师(2006)、上海市本科教学名师(2007);入选“上海市浦江人才计划”(2007);荣获重量教学成果奖二等奖(1997);所著《英语不错写作》获上海市本科生很好教材一等奖(2007)。 主要研究方向话语分析、社会语言学、修辞学等。主要出版著作有《实用英语语法手册》、《实用描写词典》、《论说文入门》等十几部。论文包括“也评关联理论” 、“也谈please,也谈请”、“论传统中国的礼貌原则”、“礼貌称呼的语用学解释”、“汉语招呼的分析”、“Politeness and Civility”、“微观层面的批判性思维和写作程序训练”、“Please的再研究”、“人文学科的修辞转向和修辞学的批判性转向”、“英语招呼语的历时语用研究”等近三十篇。
