浅谈中国农业发展合作的实践与经验

本书是《中国农业国际合作》的英文版。本书通过对中国开展农业国际合作的基本情况进行梳理和分析，结合国际国内形势明晰农业国际合作在基本理念、宏观战略和政策等方面的演变及未来发展方向；了解农业国际合作基本的地区分布、部门分布等内容，对农业投资与贸易、农业科技合作和人文交流、农业领域国际援助和发展合作等进行系统性整理；明确中国开展农业国际合作的主要机构及其工作机制；对南南农业合作等重点领域进行分析概括。在此基础上，有助于进一步明确未来农业国际合作的指导思想、基本原则和主要目标，规划农业国际合作的空间布局、市场布局和产业布局，明确对外合作的重点任务和政策举措，进一步发挥对地方各级农业农村部门的指导作用和对市场主体的引领作用，构建农业农村国际合作全国“一盘棋”的工作格局。
