冯新磊，副教授，电子科技大学应用数学专业博士，美国佐治亚州立大学博士后，乐山师范学院数理学院专任教师，西华大学、西华师范大学、聊城大学兼职硕导，四川海外高层次人才。 2016/9-2018/12, 在Georgia State University,从事博士后工作。近年来，主持四川省教育厅等科研项目10余项；以第一作者发表学术论文近30多篇，其中SCI检索论文8篇，EI检索论文4篇，北大核心论文3篇，CSCD核心期刊论文1篇。
