中非减贫合作与经验分享

本书属中社智库国家智库报告系列，中国是世界减贫事业的积极倡导者和有力推动者，为优选减贫事业作出了重大贡献。过去近40年，中国在减贫方面取得了非凡的成就，7亿多人摆脱了贫困，对优选减贫贡献率超过70%。中国国务院扶贫办党组成员夏更生介绍说，2013至2016年，中国农村共有5500多万人口脱贫，连续4年实现了每年减少1000万以上贫困人口的减贫任务，创造了中国扶贫历目前的很好成绩。非洲有近4亿贫困人口，面临减贫发展的紧迫任务。在“中非十大合作计划”中，中非减贫惠民合作计划回应了非洲的迫切期待。非洲国家普遍期待学习借鉴中国减贫的成功经验，早日有效摆脱贫困。中非在减贫合作方面有很大的合作空间。
